Patti McMillan, MEd, LCMHC, a licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor, is a founding partner of Carolinas Counseling Group. She joined the group after working in agency, school, church, and university settings.

Patti specializes in therapy for school-age children and adolescents. She also enjoys working with women. Her experience leads her to focus on anxiety, depression and women's issues.
