Self-Pay Fees

These fees represent our out-of-pocket rates (for clients not using insurance). If you plan to use your health insurance, please consult your plan information for your copay and deductible.

Fee range reflects differences between therapists. Our disclosure forms contain a complete fee schedule.

Shorter sessions may be available as well. Testing and report-writing fees vary based on service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: When you make an appointment with us, you are reserving a place in our schedule that won’t be accessible to any other patient. To be respectful towards other patients, please reach out to the front desk or your therapist to cancel or reschedule appointments. Your early notice can help other patients in getting the spot they need. 

As a result, we require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted on weekends and holidays will be processed as though submitted on the NEXT business day. For example, a cancellation on a Monday must be done on the prior Friday at the latest. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments that don’t meet the 24-hour business notice requirement are subject to a late fee, described in the intake paperwork.

Some counselors at Carolinas Counseling Group may be in-network with other insurance companies. Please check with the front desk regarding your specific insurance company.
