When working with individual clients, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance + Commitment Therapy (ACT). In walking with couples, she combines the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples find restoration and satisfaction.
Mackenzie desires to meet clients right where they are, serving as a safe, compassionate, and healing space for them. Her goal is for clients feel empowered to change and grow, leading to improved relationships, happiness, and resilience. Her work helps clients to become unstuck and move forward with greater confidence and freedom.
In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her dog, working out, reading, and writing.
