Meet Mackenzie

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Mackenzie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where she graduated cum laude.

She is passionate about walking alongside couples, women, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Mackenzie specializes in supporting clients through Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic, phobias, anxiety, depression, affair recovery, grief, and life transitions.

Her approach is both practical and compassionate. With individuals, she draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence. Mackenzie also incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a method coined the “gold standard” of treating anxiety and OCD. With couples, she integrates the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to restore trust, deepen connection, and create lasting change.

Mackenzie’s heart is to meet people exactly where they are, offering a safe and supportive space for healing. Her goal is to empower clients to move forward—breaking free from what feels “stuck”—so they can experience healthier relationships, greater joy, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Outside of counseling, Mackenzie enjoys time with her friends and family, playing with her dog, working out, and reading.
