Elena is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who believes that healing and growth begin through a genuine, trusting partnership between client and therapist. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with high distinction from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and is both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Elena provides a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life experiences—past and present. Her goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in the areas that matter most to them.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic and tailored to each individual, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered therapy.
For couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, Elena incorporates the Gottman Method along with other effective, research-backed interventions to foster healthier communication, deeper understanding, and lasting connection.
