Meet Carly

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate

For Carly, therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you reconnect with the strength and resilience that already within you. She believes that no matter what your story holds, a new chapter is always possible. And sometimes, the bravest first step is simply reaching out.

Carly specializes in working with teen girls (12+) and adult women who are navigating grief, trauma, loss, and recovery from sexual abuse or assault. She also supports clients facing challenges related to identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, postpartum transitions, major life changes, and feeling overwhelmed.

She understands the unique pressures girls and women often carry—the expectations, the silent burdens, the feeling of having to “hold it all together.” In her space, you don’t have to. Therapy with Carly offers room to exhale, to feel heard, and to be met with steady compassion and zero judgment.

Her approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—which helps gently reshape unhelpful thought patterns—with Solution-Focused strategies that highlight your strengths and help you take meaningful, manageable steps forward. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your goals. Carly’s style is warm, relational, and deeply strengths-based.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Nationally Certified Counselor, Carly is committed to creating a safe, compassionate environment where healing can unfold at your pace. She is especially passionate about walking alongside clients during seasons that feel heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming—helping them rediscover hope, clarity, and confidence.

If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, that curiosity matters. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Reaching out could be the start of something healing.
